Newsletters with details of news, articles and store updates are only sent to those who have subscribed to my newsletter. I will only send you emails that are related to my photography business. If you wish to unsubscribe you can do so at any time. At the end of every Newsletter email you receive from me you will find an Unsubscribe link, click the link and you will be taken to a web page where you can immediately be removed from the list.

Store Information
When you purchase anything from my store, to support the sale I collect information such as name, email address and postal address and store them on my servers. I do not store any payment information on my servers.
When purchasing a product that requires printing or framing, I will use your name and postal address when processing your order with Loxley Colour, the professional print laboratory based in Glasgow that I use for all of my orders. This information shall only be used at checkout to ensure your products arrive at the correct address.
Analytics
For the sole purpose of analysing my website traffic, I use Google Analytics and Squarespace to track visitor information in order for me to understand my site visitors and the way traffic is generated. Google Analytics and Squarespace will store information such as visitor IP address and the location associated with any IP address collected. For the purpose of website analytics, no personal information such as names or addresses are stored. Google Analytics is an industry standard tool and used in this way by the majority of websites tracking their traffic on the internet. I will never pass on your personal information to any third parties excluding Loxley Colour, the print lab used to process my printing and framing orders.
You have the right to be forgotten so if you don’t want me to store or process your data anymore, please contact me using the following link to request the removal of all of your data from my servers.
Although my stance on the importance of protecting your data will not change, I do reserve the right to update this policy from time to time to ensure I am aligned to local legislative requirements and in line with the services I provide on my website.
