There are unlikely to be many places on this Earth that can match the unique splendour of the far north west of the Scottish Highlands. In Assynt and Coigach, a magical quality seems to possess every blade of grass; each glistening wee lochan far below; and all of the sandstone erratics that are laden abundantly across this landscape.
